Data Privacy Puddle Jumper: Lessons from across the Pond

Jordan serves as the Data Ethics Leader for Acxiom with overall responsibility for ensuring the ethical sourcing and use of consumer data. Jordan directs the enterprise data governance, protection, and privacy program for the organization and establishes the corporate policies, procedures, and strategy practices for the collection and use of digital, offline, mobile, social media and other forms of data.
Jordan joined the Acxiom Data Ethics team in 2001 and is an industry thought leader and frequent speaker on privacy and compliance issues on the local, regional, and national levels. Jordan advises Acxiom’s clients and in-house teams on data ethics-related topics and works directly with data governance regulators and policy makers to ensure compliance.
Jordan has a B.A. degree in History from Rhodes College in Memphis and a J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.
