Frank Villavicencio heads ADP’s product team for Shared Services – a portfolio of products spanning payroll, tax, general ledger, HR document management, access and identity management; which power ADP’s specialized human capital management (HCM) solutions for various markets. His team is responsible for managing over 40 million identities and their access to ADP HCM products, generating and delivering 64M tax statements per year. This encompasses registration, authorization, personalization, authentication and termination of user access as employees of our clients interact with ADP online. In the area of access and identity, Frank leads the evolution of ADP’s platform into a single, global platform and the eradication of passwords in favor of more secure and convenient authentication methods.

He has over 20 years of experience leading technology product team at both startups and large organizations such as Oracle and Citigroup. Frank joined ADP in 2015. He is the inventor of five awarded patents related to identity and access management.

Frank holds a MS in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University. Frank is #WorkingForInclusion.
