Asya Bradley is the Founder of #HowSheWorks, an inclusive grassroots community of underrepresented founders and our allies that highlights the diverse paths to professional and personal success. She is also on the leadership team of Women in Identity, which elevates and supports a more diverse workforce in the digital identity industry. Asya served as VP of Partnerships at Socure which uses AI and machine learning to provide a frictionless solution to ID verification in financial services. Previous to Socure she was on the Founding Team at Synapse as the Chief Revenue Officer which develops banking APIs to help bank the unbanked of America by connecting innovative Fintech platforms to banking institutions. During her tenure at Synapse the company saw 500% YOY growth and raised over $17M in Series A and over $33M in Series B funding. Asya is a champion of diversity and gender balance in the workplace and works tirelessly to promote women, minorities, LGBTQ+ and other underrepresented communities. Despite a busy life juggling a full time job in a start up, and three young sons Asya insists on giving back as the Director of the San Francisco Chapter of the Founder Institute Tech Accelerator. Asya is also an angel investor, advisor and board member of numerous startups. She is a world traveler, having lived and worked throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and now North America. Asya is also certified at the highest attainable level by the Yoga Alliance in Ashtanga Yoga and speaks multiple languages fluently including, amongst others, Dutch, Punjabi and Arabic.
